World War 3: Donald Trump orders huge US Navy fleet after Russia and China threats

The US is looking to beef up its naval defences after being issued with a chilling warning by the Kremlin, "if you want a war, you will get one".
Relations between the US and China are also at boiling point over disputed territory in the South China sea.
